NEW YORK, NY—Winick Realty Group is pleased to announce that it has been appointed the exclusive retail leasing agent by TF Cornerstone to handle 11 properties with over 50,000 square feet of retail space. In particular, Winick is marketing more than 28,000 square feet of available retail space at 455 and 505 West 37th Street. These brand new residential towers are part of a mixed-use complex comprised of retail and apartments that span both sides of Tenth Avenue between 37th and 38th Streets.
