Two New Senior Managers Join Ernst & Young LLP's Real Estate Tax Practice

NEW YORK, NY—Ernst & Young announces that Kevin Nishioka and Dawn Timan, two new senior managers, have joined the Ernst & Young LLP's real estate tax practice.

Kevin Nishioka, joined in May, as a senior manager in the Ernst & Young tax practice. He has 13 years of big four public accounting experience. Nishioka is a graduate of California State University, Sacramento and is a member of the California Society of CPAs, the American Institute of CPAs and NAREIT.

Dawn Timan joined in October, as a senior manager in our tax practice. She is an attorney, has extensive experience in private industry and has over 10 years of public accounting experience serving real estate, private equity and venture capital companies and the PG&E Corporation.  Timan has degrees from the University of Illinois-Champaign and Loyola University of Chicago.
