NEW YORK, NY—Sierra Realty Corp. has coordinated a new lease and expansion at the Greeley Square Building at 875 Sixth Avenue for long-term tenant, Interdyn AKA, a leading partner dedicated to the sales, consulting, service and support of Microsoft Dynamics. A tenant in the building since 2000, Interdyn AKA will move to a 9,145-square-foot space, comprising the entire 20th floor of the building, from a second floor, 6,000-square-foot office.
A 10-year lease was arranged on behalf of the landlord by Peter Braus, executive vice president of Sierra Realty Corp. The tenant was represented by Scott Bloom of Bloom Real Estate.
"To have a tenant expand its space in the current economic climate is an affirmation of a building that is keeping apace with today's business needs," points out Braus. "What makes it even more significant is that this tenant is a technology firm that requires the very best high-tech infrastructure."
The 25-story, 240,000-square-foot Class-B office property, located on the northwest corner of West 31st Street in the Penn Plaza area, underwent a five-year major capital improvements project, that included the state-of-the-art upgrades to the infrastructure, installation of 900 energy-efficient windows, new elevator cabs and mechanicals, cosmetic renovations and many ADA compliant features.
Other tenants in the building, http://www.875sixth.com, include Zero Point Zero Productions, CMS Partners, City University of New York (CUNY), FAO, Inc. and Greystone & Co.
