Cohen Commercial Properties Announces New Hiring

NEW YORK, NY—Cohen Commercial Properties, an owner and operator of shopping centers throughout the U.S., announces that Adam Mayer has joined the firm as Director of Property Management.
 
Mayer is responsible for overseeing management functions for properties under management and located in the northeast U.S. Previously, he was Senior Property Manager for a private equity fund-owned real estate management operation, and directly responsible for managing over 2,500 residential units and commercial properties. His responsibilities included construction, maintenance, litigation, tenant relations, and compliance with all government-mandated health and building codes.      
 
Founded in 1991, Cohen Commercial Properties owns and operates shopping centers and office buildings throughout the U.S. with an emphasis on the southeast. The firm has a fully integrated platform that includes sales brokerage, property management and leasing, with offices in New York City, along with offices in West Palm Beach, Ft.
