Refining the Line

The High Line Building at 450 West 14th Street was one of the main attractions during the Meatpacking District Initiative’s Design Week 2009, with a tour that sold out in a record three hours.

Steel Peer

FXFOWLE architects and developer SJP Properties are adding another “green” touch to Midtown West: Eleven Times Square—a  1.1 million-square-foot, 40-story, all-glass office and retail tower being built on Eighth Avenue between 41st and 42nd streets, which was officially introduced to the public on April 14 at cocktail reception sponsored by the Association of Real Estate Women (AREW), held next door at the New York Times Building.
