At 572 11th Avenue, RKF Director Brandon Singer is marketing 6,500 square feet of retail space, consisting of 2,000 square feet on the ground floor and 4,500 square feet on the lower level. The building is located on the east block between 43rd and 44th Streets in Midtown West. The retail space was formerly occupied by Hush NYC.
In Battery Park City, Singer is marketing 2,300 square feet of retail space at 16 Washington Street, which is also known as 17 Battery Place. The retail space, at the base of a 400,000-square-foot office building, was formerly occupied by Battery Park Deli and is a fully built-out restaurant space.
